01Website Use
https://www.paradisemobileautoglass.com/ provides information about mobile windshield and auto glass services offered by Paradise Mobile Auto Glass.
Website visitors may use the site to review service information, contact the business, and request an appointment.
Website content may be updated as services, availability, or business information changes.
02Service Requests and Appointments
Submitting a form, calling the business, or requesting an appointment does not guarantee a specific service time until scheduling has been confirmed.
Appointment availability depends on technician scheduling, vehicle requirements, glass availability, service location, and the type of work required.
Paradise Mobile Auto Glass operates from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday.
03Vehicle Information
Customers should provide accurate vehicle information when requesting service, including the year, make, model, and affected glass or component.
Additional vehicle details may be required when the windshield or glass contains:
- ADAS cameras or sensors
- Rain sensors
- Heating elements
- Antennas
- Special molding
- Acoustic glass
- Other vehicle-specific features
Accurate information helps identify the correct glass, parts, and service requirements.
04Estimates and Service Pricing
Pricing may vary based on the vehicle, glass type, required parts, damage, installation requirements, calibration needs, and service conditions.
Any estimate or quote applies to the vehicle information and service details available when the estimate is prepared.
If inspection reveals different damage, parts, or service requirements, the updated scope and pricing should be confirmed before additional work proceeds.
05Mobile Service Requirements
Customers are responsible for making the vehicle reasonably accessible at the scheduled service location.
The location should allow the technician to work safely around the vehicle and perform the required repair, replacement, inspection, or calibration.
Certain weather or environmental conditions may require an appointment to be rescheduled when they prevent the service from being completed correctly or safely.
06Auto Glass Repair
Not every chip or crack can be repaired.
A technician may assess the size, depth, position, contamination, and condition of the damage before determining whether repair remains appropriate.
A repair is intended to stabilize qualifying damage. The repaired area may remain visible after the service.
07Auto Glass Replacement
Replacement service may require the removal of damaged glass, preparation of the mounting area, installation of replacement glass, and reinstallation of applicable vehicle components.
Replacement glass and related parts are selected according to vehicle specifications and availability.
Customers should follow any technician instructions regarding adhesive curing time or vehicle use after installation.
08ADAS Calibration
Some vehicles require ADAS calibration after windshield replacement or other work affecting cameras and sensors.
Calibration requirements depend on the vehicle manufacturer, installed equipment, and affected driver-assistance systems.
A technician may determine whether static, dynamic, or another applicable calibration procedure is required for the vehicle.
09Workmanship Warranty
Paradise Mobile Auto Glass offers a workmanship warranty on qualifying completed installation work.
The workmanship warranty applies to issues associated with the installation performed by Paradise Mobile Auto Glass and does not automatically cover unrelated vehicle problems, new damage, impact damage, misuse, or failure of unrelated vehicle components.
Specific warranty details may depend on the service performed.
10Customer Responsibilities
Customers should:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Make the vehicle accessible for the scheduled appointment
- Remove personal items that could interfere with the work area
- Inform the technician of known vehicle damage or relevant modifications
- Follow post-service instructions provided for the completed work
11Existing Vehicle Damage
A vehicle may have existing damage, corrosion, worn trim, damaged molding, weakened clips, previous repairs, or other conditions that become visible during auto glass work.
When an existing condition affects the planned service, the technician may explain the issue and any additional work required before proceeding.
12Appointment Changes
Customers who need to change an appointment should contact Paradise Mobile Auto Glass as soon as possible.
Scheduling may also need to change because of weather, glass availability, vehicle-specific requirements, or conditions that prevent the work from being completed correctly.
